Anderson, Tuckey, Bernhardt & Doran, P.C.  traces its roots back to 1956, when Karl Leppien opened an accounting office in Pigeon, Michigan. In 1968, another office was opened in Caro which grew to its current size of seventeen full-time and several seasonal employees. Although no longer affiliated with the Pigeon location, the firm added offices in Cass City office in 1983 and Marlette in 2008.
