SHAREHOLDER

Valerie is a 1982 graduate of Saginaw Valley State University and has been a Thumb-Area resident her entire life. She joined our firm shortly after her graduation and serves as an advisor to clients with problems related to their computerized accounting systems and software. Valerie is also the audit manager for a number of our governmental audit clients as well as several of the small-business audits our firm prepares.

Val currently serves as Treasurer for the Rotary Club of Cass City and the Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary #3224 She also has served as President for the Rotary Club of Cass City and President and Treasurer for the Thumb Area Big Brothers-Big Sisters. Val is a member of the Michigan Association of CPA’s, American Institute of CPA’s and is an active volunteer for various charitable and church-related activities.

Val feels that her clients are best served by building a professional working relationship with them, which in turn will provide the highest level of service. She believes in combining teamwork with quality products and timely service.
