Tom received a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Michigan University in 1977 and joined the firm that same year.

His particular areas of expertise include tax, as well as planning and consulting services to a variety of individuals and businesses. 

Tom believes that the firm must provide clients with more than tax returns and financial statements. "We have to gain an understanding of our clients’ operations so we can help them make decisions affecting their futures," he says.

Tom is a member of the Michigan Association of CPA’s (MACPA) and the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA). He is a past president and secretary of the Caro Lion’s Club.
